About WMW

OUR PURPOSE AND GOAL

To Restore, Renew, and Equip Every Woman’s Passion, Purpose, Calling, Potential and Ministry
  • Passion

Passion is the active and vibrant expression of individual giftings and talents that invigorates an unreserved extension of the heart and hand.
  • purpose

Purpose allows us to respond to the call over our lives and is the driving force behind our tenacity to flow in the anointing of His spirit.
  • calling

Few spiritual concepts have fascinated and confused people more than understanding God’s calling for their lives. Is it primarily about a job or a role? Is it precise or general? Is a calling only reserved for those who work in professional ministry? We believe that people have been created to have a certain effect in the world. We often think of a person’s calling in terms of a type of job, position, place, skill or talent.  We sometimes hear people talk about being called to the field of law or medicine, or to the pastorate, or the mission field.  While this description conveys the weightiness of these endeavors, it also mistakenly suggests that a calling is a job or location.  If this was true, then our ability to walk in our calling would be tied to our circumstances: the economy, our education, our freedom, our physical condition, our wealth and the conclusion of decision-makers.  Our calling is not dependent on circumstances or others. So, what is our calling?  Our calling is to let our world experience the effect of our life that God has created us to have.  Isaiah 61 says that we are to become a “display of God’s splendor” as a result of the healing and freeing work of Jesus.  There is a particular weightiness, splendor, brilliance, strength and beauty that each person possesses, that we are to offer others.
  • potential

Potential is the untapped, God-given power in us to multiply all that we have been entrusted with. It is the residing capacity that propels us beyond horizontal boundaries and is released by the limitless nature of God.
  • ministry

Most of us think of ministry as the work done by pastors, missionaries, Christian conference speakers, or evangelists. The term ministry is not limited to the service of a select few appointed to particular offices within the church. In fact, the exact opposite is the case. Paul said that those who hold offices in the church are given gifts for the purpose of enabling ALL of God’s people to do ministry. Each of us has a special responsibility and have been uniquely gifted to minister to others. Ministry goes far beyond just being behind the pulpit! When women continue ministering to more  women amazing things begin to transpire. When we work together, venturing outward to deepen our impact throughout the entire church, we create a culture of individual development, personal victory, and redemption in every aspect of our church and every part of our community.  When women minister to women, we all win.

partner with us

As a non-for-profit ministry, we rely on the partnership of our members, donors and partner churches. We work to create and provide resources in every way that we can.  For example, in the more remote locations where we minister, WMW International works with surrounding partner churches and ministries to provide WMW Conferences to thousands in attendance at absolutely no charge.  Answering the call to reach the whole world with the whole gospel takes both prayerful and financial support and we urge you to join in with us.
